How do I keep track of my order?

You can check the status of your order any time by clicking the "Your Account" link on the top or bottom navigation bar of each page. You will then be presented with a menu of options such as "View, edit or delete an address" or "View or change your subscriptions". Once you have clicked on one of the options, you'll be asked to enter your e-mail address and password for security reasons. How much do you charge for delivery?

When you reach the checkout, delivery options will appear. For UK-bound orders under £39, delivery will always be First Class and our system will display the delivery charges for your order. What is your returns policy?

At Zssupplies.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us so we make our returns policy simple. For books, our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased just return it to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error.We are unable to refund the 2nd user good (i.e 2nd hand laptops, computers etc.)

We accept the return of all other items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
